🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in international trade, customs compliance, logistics, or a related field, with demonstrated success in managing complex import/export processes. • Proven expertise in Importer of Record (IOR) processes, including developing and refining workflows to ensure compliance with global trade regulations. • Hands-on experience with international shipping practices, customs clearance, and trade documentation across multiple countries. • Experience working cross-functionally with other departments such as sales, legal, logistics, operations, and finance • Familiarity with negotiating contracts and service agreements with third-party logistics providers or IOR partners. • Track record of successfully managing global rollout projects, including creating logistics schedules and coordinating timelines.
