πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ We are seeking an experienced Contracts and Compliance Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of government contracts, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. β€’ The ideal candidate will have experience working with both resellers and service integrator companies for the federal government. β€’ This role involves managing contract negotiations, ensuring regulatory adherence, conducting audits and risk assessments, and implementing policies to maintain contractual and legal compliance. β€’ Contract Administration: Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from proposal to execution and closeout, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and other applicable regulations. β€’ Serve as the main point of contact for contract administration and compliance matters, liaising with government agencies, resellers, and service integrators. β€’ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, grants, subcontracts, and cooperative agreements to ensure terms align with company policies and regulatory requirements. β€’ Maintain organized records of contract correspondence, modifications, deliverables, and reporting obligations. β€’ Monitor contract performance, enforce compliance with all reporting requirements, and identify and mitigate contractual risks. β€’ Compliance and Risk Management: Develop, implement, and maintain company compliance programs, ensuring alignment with federal regulations and industry best practices. β€’ Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards, taking corrective action as necessary. β€’ Monitor regulatory changes and advise senior management on necessary operational adjustments. β€’ Provide guidance on compliance with U.S. government regulations, including FFL, FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and other applicable requirements. β€’ Ensure sub-awardees and contractors comply with the terms and conditions of awarding instruments. β€’ Policy Development and Training: Develop and maintain policies, processes, and procedures for contract administration, procurement, and compliance management. β€’ Train internal stakeholders on contract compliance, regulatory updates, and best practices for maintaining adherence to federal requirements. β€’ Lead efforts to create an organization-wide compliance awareness program, including topics such as whistleblower protection, fraud prevention, and risk mitigation. β€’ Business Development and Cost Management: Support financial proposal reviews and cost/pricing strategies for new and existing contracts. β€’ Lead negotiations on financial and contractual terms pre- and post-award. β€’ Assist in reviewing solicitations and identifying contractual or compliance risks to be addressed. β€’ Other Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal regulations, including FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and other relevant compliance frameworks and the government contracting process. β€’ Proven track record of leading successful capture efforts and winning large government contracts. β€’ Experience working with resellers and service integrators within the federal sector. β€’ Strong ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. β€’ Experience conducting internal investigations and audits related to contract compliance. β€’ Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contract terms and conditions. β€’ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals. β€’ Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and risks. β€’ Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders. β€’ Proficiency in proposal management software and tools. β€’ High level of integrity and ethical standards. β€’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
