📋 Description

• Collaborating with regional Design Services & Engineering teams • Overseeing compliance, governance, and approval process for inspections across Hyatt’s hotels • Ensuring properties meet Hyatt’s FLS technical standards and comply with local fire safety regulations • Supporting Exceptions Committee with data-driven insights on deviations from FLS requirements • Documenting a comprehensive FLS inspection program • Tracking and benchmarking building conditions for compliance • Partnering with Regional Operations Engineering on fire safety policies • Analyzing and presenting audit findings to stakeholders • Identifying fire hazards and recommending corrective actions • Participating in special initiatives contributing to Hyatt’s FLS governance strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering, architecture, or related discipline • Experience working with NFPA, IBC, IFC, or other relevant safety codes and regulations • A minimum of five years in a fire safety-related role. • Background in hospitality, construction, or facilities management is a plus. • Experience in a construction-related field preferred. • Project Management skills a plus. • Spanish Language skills a plus.
