Description

• Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) to be able to recommend solutions and build high quality requirements • Use a variety of techniques to understand business requirements, such as interviews, workshops, surveys, side by side visits, and storyboards • Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions • Understand technical options, limitations, costs and risks. Communicate tradeoffs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements accordingly • Translate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements • Work with the business and delivery teams to prioritize requirements • Create artifacts as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, process flows, and business requirement documents • Establish test strategies and design and conduct test plans and cases • Support the delivery teams as they develop and deploy solutions • Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation to improve productivity, reduce errors, and enhance overall operational efficiency • Execute regression tests to ensure that new code changes do not impact existing functionality • Participate in sprint planning & stand-ups

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field, with at least 2 years in a senior business analyst role • 2+ years of Salesforce experience • Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations and policies of a new business area • Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills • Demonstrated ability to engage both administrators, developers and business partners to achieve targeted outcomes • Experience creating documentation such as process flows and business requirement specifications • Experience with agile development methodologies and Agile planning tools, such as Jira • Salesforce Knowledge: • Salesforce Administration: Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and automation processes • Salesforce Certification: Salesforce admin certification is a plus • Tools: Experience with Copado Robotic Test Automation is a plus • Business Acumen: • Process Experience: Prior experience with the lead to order, order to cash, service quoting, professional service automation, procure to pay, and/or record to report process areas is a plus • Industry Experience: Prior experience with value added resellers and/or professional service organizations is a plus
