Description

• Provide Dayforce WFM consulting support for all aspects of the assigned Dayforce Projects. • Participate in all stages of the delivery lifecycle. • Gather customer requirements and configure the Ceridian solution. • Manage customer expectations and provide guidance to junior consultants. • Identify risks and work with the team to resolve them. • Document and validate customer’s business requirements and configure application accordingly. • Conduct consulting sessions and provide follow-up consulting in areas of expertise. • Contribute to internal product initiatives and knowledge sharing. • Participate in Continuing Education sessions and complete new release training.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field is preferred. • 5-8 years experience in Cloud Based Software delivery. • 3-5 years of software delivery experience is preferred. • Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing environment, including experience with an HRIS/ERP system is preferred. • Demonstrated experience with change management is a plus. • Demonstrated critical thinking through reviewing numbers, trends, and data yielding conclusions based on findings. • High level of integrity working with confidential client and customer data • Experience in business process mapping. • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and project scheduling tools. • Ability to work multiple projects and clients at the same time and manage priorities. • Desire and ability to thrive as a detail-oriented team player who can work with minimal supervision. • Understanding of the software development life cycle. • Strong collaboration and organizational skills. • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present findings, or translate data conclusions into an understandble documentation. • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and easily. • Desire to successfully operate in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. • Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed (Up to 10% Travel Required)
