📋 Description

• Overall management of a limited portfolio of high-value strategic accounts • Implement and execute sales strategies to expand market share • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers • Develop and present sales presentations and proposals • Identify and promote NSA’s diverse product offerings • Collaborate with customers to develop strategic sales plans • Analyze market trends and competitor activities • Monitor sales metrics and communicate performance • Stay updated on industry best practices • Frequent travel is required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • MBA preferred but not required • 10+ years of sales experience preferred • Proven success as an Account Manager, Strategic Sales Manager, or another similar role • Demonstrated strong business acumen and ability to think strategically • Exhibits excellent leadership and communication skills • Ability to effectively present information and address customers’ inquiries • Proven success in achieving sales targets and cultivating new business opportunities • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Possess a solid understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting • Maintains high personal integrity, sales proficiency, and a strong work ethic • Interpersonal skills, independent worker, analytical skills, organizational skills, team player
