•Think of Us is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to lead a critical research initiative aimed at understanding the needs of families screened-out from child welfare agency hotlines. •This role will provide strategic direction and project management for a dedicated team, ensuring the successful execution of a comprehensive survey project. •The Senior Director will also engage with national partners, including the Doris Duke Foundation, and manage project budgets and reporting.

Requirements

•Strategic Leadership: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, set clear goals, and align projects with organizational mission and objectives. •Research Expertise: Proficient in designing and managing large-scale surveys and research initiatives, with a focus on ethical and culturally sensitive methodologies. •Project Management: Skilled in planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of results and effective stakeholder coordination. •National Engagement: Strong ability to build and maintain partnerships with national organizations, funders, and stakeholders to drive impactful collaboration. •Financial and Analytical Acumen: Experience managing project budgets and producing comprehensive reports with actionable insights and recommendations. •Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field. •Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in child welfare, social services, or a related non-profit sector. •Proven track record in leading projects and managing multidisciplinary teams. •Strong project management skills, with experience in budget management and reporting. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. •Commitment to Think of Us’ mission and values, with a deep understanding of child welfare systems.
