Description

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the successful execution of programs and projects under the Public Sector (Gov Pod). • Develop comprehensive program and project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting. • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effectively communicating program progress, risks, and outcomes. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on program deliverables. • Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects within the program, optimizing resource utilization. • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and collaboration. • Prepare regular progress reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/French) • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program/Project Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • Proven experience (10+ years) in program and project management, overseeing complex projects or programs from initiation to completion. • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrixed organization. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP). • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus. • Experience in industries relevant to the organization's focus areas, Public Sector. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
