• ThinScale is transforming the delivery of secure remote and hybrid work for the world’s largest contact centers and BPOs, partnering with all 10 of the top 10 BPOs worldwide. • We develop software-only solutions to help them protect corporate and employee-owned devices, eliminate logistical delays, and optimize their IT and HR operations. • Thinscale supports a global portfolio of clients in 100+ countries. • Our team is 100% remote throughout the EU, UK, and USA. • We are seeking an experienced and highly consultative Sales Executive to join our Sales Team at a key point in the company's growth and scaling journey. • The focus of this role is to develop new business opportunities and close significant new logo deals. • You will need to understand the customer’s strategic goals and how ThinScale can assist in delivering them. • The ideal candidate has a successful track record in the broad virtualization or security software space and a good understanding of technical solution selling, and energy to create, capture and close new business across multiple industries and countries. • The candidate will also be flexible when required to work across multiple time zones, including USA.
• 3+ years in a similar sales role. • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets, alongside building strong customer relationships. • Fluency in desktop virtualization or endpoint security technology, but at a minimum comfortable in an intensive technology solution selling environment. • Experience selling to a technical audience as well as CxO, SVP and VP-level operational decision-makers. • Strong background in large Enterprise sales (10,000+ employees) • Ability to collaborate effectively with non-sales colleagues across Technical Support, Marketing, Development and Account Management. • High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism, with a desire to learn quickly and succeed in a technical sales environment. • Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to managing sales activity. • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is advantageous. • Fluency in English is essential – excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills along with strong presentation skills.
