• Own the creation and maintenance of clients' storefront roadmaps • Discover, guide, and define/document comprehensive functional requirements for Development and Analytics projects • Support PMs with sprint planning and goal setting • Guide the project team to craft the best solution for the functional needs • Lead conversations and collaboration with tech partners • Create and review analytics reports, and provide insights • Support guiding designs for commerce-specific functional UX needs • Oversee Shopify Admin training and documentation for clients as needed
• At least 3 years of experience working in depth with Shopify Plus • Certified in or have proven experience with GA4 and GTM • Understanding of marketing/advertising platform pixels, scripts, tags (such as Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat) • Experience working with third party apps such as Yotopo, OneTrust, Recharge, Nosto, Launchpad, Algolia, Gogias, Loop Returns • Understanding of compliance needs and rules - Accessibility (ADA) and Privacy (CPRA, GDPR) • Clear communication in both written and verbal formats • Ability to challenge others (clients included) with grace • History of trusted clients who implement recommendations • Innate sense of curiosity to consistently learn, improve, and try new tools & tactics • Strong point of view using data and evidence to prove or build business cases • Ability to see the bigger picture while understanding how details influence it • Proactive in nature with a sense of urgency
