Description

• As Sr. Account Executive, responsible for growing the business footprint across the US market. • Oversee all aspects of US business development efforts and client relations. • Requires exceptional autonomy and leadership skills to lead initiatives. • Focus on growing the Southwest region from Scottsdale, AZ. • Report directly to the President and update on progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar account executive role, preferably within the software development or technology industry. • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies. • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Software Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
