β€’ Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process β€’ Generate prospects and build a high-performance sales team β€’ Provide technical support for sales β€’ Identify and expand target customer accounts β€’ Conduct cold outreach and prospecting β€’ Manage leads through the lead flow cycle β€’ Follow up on marketing leads and qualify potential opportunities β€’ Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new initiatives β€’ Research methods to increase customer engagement β€’ Track progress and results of meetings

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics or equivalent β€’ Commercial and client relationship management experience β€’ 3-4 years experience with prospecting tools (i.e., Zoom Info, LinkedIn, Salesforce) β€’ Excellent ability to manage and build relationships β€’ Strong communication skills (Spanish and English)
