Description

• Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process • Generate prospects and build a high-performance sales team • Provide technical support for sales • Identify and expand target customer accounts • Conduct cold outreach and prospecting • Manage leads through the lead flow cycle • Follow up on marketing leads and qualify potential opportunities • Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new initiatives • Research methods to increase customer engagement • Track progress and results of meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics or equivalent • Commercial and client relationship management experience • 3-4 years experience with prospecting tools (i.e., Zoom Info, LinkedIn, Salesforce) • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships • Strong communication skills (Spanish and English)
