• Work with PaaS enterprise service management software. • Specialize in automating business processes in 15 Product Line areas. • Create automated business processes and solve client issues. • Develop knowledge of ITIL processes and web application development skills. • Engage with clients from different cultures and manage your own time.

Requirements

• Education Certificate in software engineering, technician, technologist or related field. • Preferred experience in development with ServiceNow, particularly with ITSM & Service Catalog tools. • Experience working under ITIL framework. • Certification preferred (foundations v3 or v4). • 4+ years of experience in software development. • Advanced skills in JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5. • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow. • Ability to develop new knowledge with ease. • Organized and excellent time management skills. • Willingness to share knowledge and assist teammates.
