• Proactively maintaining HR information system, People First • Empowering employees and managers with self-service features

Requirements

• Day to day maintenance of our HRIS 'People First' to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including our system supplier, MHR • Support the L&D team with Learning Management System (Docebo) tasks. • Ensuring all users are trained to utilise the HRIS effectively and maintain accuracy • Adhering to agreed SLAs with a focus on managing queries through to resolution • Managing and maintaining firm-wide monthly people metric dashboards • Producing weekly/monthly MI data/metrics/reports as required • Supporting annual people activities including performance reviews, incremental salary reviews, and practising certificate renewal
