Description

• Builds strategy and leads a team of sales professionals • Achieves overall sales and revenue growth goals • Creates and executes strategic and quota retirement plans • Mobilizes/manages a team of 50-70 sales professionals • Manages sales and renewal pipeline health • Collaborates with FindLaw Sales Leadership team and marketing • Drives an effective contact management strategy • Delivers target financial and strategy objectives

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership • 4-6 years experience in direct client relationship management • Experience in a digital marketing business preferred • Excellent leadership skills • Strategic thinking skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, rapidly changing technology environment • Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of legal markets and online legal products is a plus • Able to travel to customer locations • Four-year degree required; JD plus MBA preferred
