Description

• Lead a team of software engineers designing and building the platform • Direct large-scale development initiatives and process improvements • Ensure modification to existing software improves performance • Manage and motivate a team of professionals • Provide leadership on standards and best practices for implementation • Maintain long-term client relationships with critical customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 10 years of progressive work experience • 8+ years of experience building applications in an Agile environment • Significant experience in software architecture and front-end product development • 6-8 years of experience preferred • Confirmed people manager able to provide mentorship and motivation for a globally distributed team • Experience designing and delivering high-volume web products • Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
