Description

• Develop annual revenue goals by building a comprehensive understanding of clients’ needs • Work closely with Account Executives and other internal partners to identify potential customers • Utilize relationship building techniques to establish trusted advisor status with key decision makers • Identify areas where existing products or services can be improved upon or enhanced • Ensure cross-functional collaboration between sales, product, and operations teams to deliver value added solutions • Use data analytics tools to understand customer needs • Negotiate contract terms and conditions • Manage multiple projects simultaneously; maintain accurate records related to customer interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred • Minimum five years of successful sales experience in a consultative selling environment to C-level players • Proven ability to build relationships and influence others at all levels of an organization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem solving and negotiation abilities • Working knowledge of West products, experience selling into large law accounts, and strong knowledge and background in the legal profession and/or legal publishing industry would be helpful • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
