Description

• Conduct personalized onboarding sessions for new customers, providing them with in-depth knowledge of ThriveCart’s features and capabilities. • Create and implement tailored onboarding plans for approximately 120 customers per month, managing around 5 to 6 onboarding sessions daily. • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including guides and resources, in collaboration with the marketing and design teams. • Provide ongoing support during the onboarding process, addressing customer questions and resolving issues to ensure a smooth transition. • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and onboarding progress in our CRM system. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or support roles, preferably within a SaaS environment. • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and features. • Background in design and marketing, with the ability to create engaging onboarding content. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer experience. • Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support software.
