• The Head of Product will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution across ThriveCart. • Manage a talented team of product managers and UX/UI designers. • Collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering teams to scope, beta and launch products. • A deep understanding of FinTech, AI technologies and promoting cross-company synergies is essential. • This role demands strategic thinking, user-focused innovation, and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in leadership roles. • Proven track record of managing multiple product lines, preferably within SaaS or e-commerce industries. • Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies in product development. • Strong technical background with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills. • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in user-centric products. • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and data analytics platforms. • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities. • Visionary thinker with a passion for innovation and user-focused solutions. • Highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
