Description

• Assist the Senior Director, Response with the day-to-day management of the Response Unit. • Coordinate pre-event Response activities with the Client and stakeholders. • Act as the engagement manager for assigned projects, maintaining client relationships. • Supervise and mentor assigned staff, including monitoring project and other assigned work. • Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with Tidal Basin’s project management policies. • Responsible for communicating project status and projected timelines to senior leadership. • Provide technical assistance to the Client in all phases of debris operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Emergency Management or related fields. • 5+ years of experience in disaster/emergency management work with a focus on Response • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity • Previous experience in Emergency Management private sector work is preferred • CEM or equivalent state certification preferred • Familiarity with disaster recovery programs preferred
