• Manages the overall delivery of a project. • Serves as the stakeholders’ contact. • Presents project status and manages stakeholder expectations. • Escalates issues that impact timing or budget to management. • Identifies opportunities for follow-up work or new projects.
Requirements
• Previous clinical and administrative experience in health care management, required. • Previous project management experience, required. • CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification preferred within the first 6 months of employment. • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required within 1 year of employment. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, required. • Master’s degree from an accredited advanced degree program in Health Care Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA) considered a plus but not required.
