• By joining Tidio as HubSpot Marketing Automation Manager, you will become a vital part of our international marketing team. • With full ownership of automation, you will skyrocket our marketing operations! • Working closely with our great Sales Ops, you will have a real impact on driving our growth. • As the HubSpot Automation Manager you will: Design and build email nurturing campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates. • Continuously enrich data from external and internal sources like Clay, Apollo, our business ERP, or our website. • Develop and refine automation workflows, including lead scoring and segmentation, to improve targeting and personalization. • Ensure smooth and efficient lead assignment from marketing to sales representatives to optimize follow-up and conversion processes. • Maintain data integration and data hygiene to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our CRM data. • Create detailed reports to provide insights into key metrics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing automation, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment. • Deep proficiency with HubSpot - in designing, building, managing, and optimizing HubSpot Marketing campaigns. • Proficiency in campaign management, marketing, lead generation, and nurturing best practices. • Experience building scripts to personalize emails with content automation. • Experience developing multi-touch automation campaigns. • Top-notch analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing spend. • Fluent English (C1). • Bonus cookie points will be given for: Experience using generative AI to optimize content creation processes, particularly for emails.
