β€’ Discuss with clients and sell life, long-term care and disability income insurance β€’ Manage daily activities, drive sales activity and pending business β€’ Handle calls from referral sources and clients β€’ Complete insurance applications and follow through underwriting process β€’ Explain insurance products, differences and advantages to clients and advisors β€’ See all sales activity through to product purchase β€’ Explain basics of estate planning, business planning, and insurance planning

Requirements

β€’ Effective interpersonal and written communication skills β€’ Excellent customer service skills β€’ Effective time management skills β€’ Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks β€’ Capable of working independently and in a team β€’ Ability to work self-directed β€’ Experience with PC's in a Windows environment β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office β€’ Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions β€’ Ability to communicate with all organization levels β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience β€’ Two years of direct insurance selling experience or 3+ years in inside sales β€’ Understanding of term, whole life, universal life, and variable universal life products β€’ Proven sales track record in insurance β€’ Must have appropriate FINRA registrations β€’ Active Life and Health insurance license β€’ Knowledge of underwriting process
