Description

• Provide management of executive compensation and rewards programs • Administer long-term incentive equity program • Collaborate with business leaders on equity allocation • Track grants and provide updates to management • Coordinate with HR and external partners • Prepare individualized award packages • Serve as portfolio manager for equity purchases • Develop internal tools for reporting on equity • Communicate effectively with participants • Assist finance with grant issuance data • Provide consultation on compensation matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in compensation, human resources, or a similar field • 2+ years of experience administering equity-based programs (preferred) • Strong understanding of the insurance brokerage industry (preferred) • Familiarity with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) macros (preferred) • Familiarity with the DocuSign e-signature platform (preferred)
