• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in compensation, human resources, or a similar field • 2+ years of experience administering equity-based programs (preferred) • Strong understanding of the insurance brokerage industry (preferred) • Familiarity with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) macros (preferred) • Familiarity with the DocuSign e-signature platform (preferred)
