🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in content marketing strategy or customer success • At least 2 years in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) environment • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Hubspot or Intercom • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions • Consistent track record of working across teams • Strong ability to work autonomously • Deep empathy for users driving a strong desire to understand their needs
