🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably on game platforms. • Proficiency in Figma and additional design tools, such as Sketch and Adobe XD • In-depth understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices • Extensive experience conducting market research • Ability to leverage data insights to drive design • Strong problem-solving skills for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences • Familiarity with testing methodologies to evaluate and validate design changes • Comfortable with remote and asynchronous working environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Expertise in animations and micro-interactions (Nice to Have) • Experience leading design sprints (Nice to Have) • Familiarity with Discord and GitHub for project collaboration (Nice to Have). • Knowledge of CSS frameworks and libraries (Nice to Have)
