Description

• Effectively manage the onboarding and implementation of new clients • Provide guidance to our Customer Success Team in North America • Provide user training, ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the software is working correctly and meeting the client needs. • Collaborate with our product and technology teams to ensure our clients are getting the most out of the software and to help improve the service. • Lead training for new customer success employees within North America

Requirements

• Proven experience in a software implementation and customer support role • Prior experience thriving in a fast-paced startup/scale up environment • Exceptional people and communication skills • Prior experience as a lead or senior customer success specialist • Intrapreunership and proactiveness • Experience with ERP or accounting systems (eg. SYSPRO, Acumatica, Epicor) is a plus
