Description

Requirements

• Previous experience of managing software delivery and engineering teams using Lean and/or Agile techniques. • Complemented by an excellent grasp of modern software delivery practices and life cycle. • Seasoned coach & mentor; utilizing software delivery, technical experience, and expertise, offer the right knowledge, at the right time in the right way - understanding why and how people learn. • You will possess high EQ and a true growth mindset; understanding that competency is not fixed but is enhanced through dedication and hard work. • You will be self-aware, self-regulated, motivated, and empathetic, with great interpersonal skills. • Strong communication skills with a knack for breaking down technical details and decisions for non-technical audiences. • Experience in .NETCORE + C# working in a cloud native environment. • Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
