• TRAILD is a dynamic SaaS company that streamlines Accounts Payable functions. • The Technical Lead Engineer will take ownership of end to end capabilities providing payment services. • Must be passionate about highly scalable, fault tolerant, and globally distributed systems. • The role involves collaborating with product managers and engineering teams to create impactful features.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working in hands-on technical roles, with a strong background in software engineering and architectural design. • Direct experience in fintech with experience in payments and card processing. • Strong communication skills with a knack for breaking down technical details and decisions for non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated ability to go deep, understand both the domain and complex customer needs. • Experience with project and product planning, including prioritization and roadmap creation, in partnership with peers and adjacent product teams. • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment, where you are continuously honing your craft. • Experience in .NETCORE + C# working in a cloud native environment. • Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
