Description

• Responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of analytics products. • Design and implement product test plans. • Execute manual and automated tests to ensure quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements. • Continuously research and implement best practices in analytics quality assurance and testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant technical field. • Previous experience in quality assurance. • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Proficiency in using tools such as Cypress, ReadyAPI, TestRail, and Jira. • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and validating data integrity. • Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Sigma. • Excellent ability to identify risks, issues, and potential defects in all aspects of the software and hardware stack. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Knowledge of automated build systems (CI/CD) such as TeamCity is nice to have. • Experience with Python is preferred. • Experience working with Customer Support teams to troubleshoot and recreate customer issues is preferred. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum is a plus.
