Description

β€’ Function as the primary contact for clients, establishing strategic relationships, helping them maximize ticket sales β€’ Coordinate with various internal teams to address client needs and communicate feature requests β€’ Perform regular check-ins with clients to discuss account health and strategies for improvement β€’ Onboard and train new clients on the utilization of Tixr product offerings β€’ Act as a consultant, advising clients on best practices for event builds, sales, and reporting β€’ Proactively address client needs and nurture relationships to foster client success β€’ Work closely with executive leadership on growth strategies and identifying new opportunities β€’ Travel as needed for client relationship-building

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years in ticket operations roles at collegiate or professional sports teams β€’ Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships β€’ Experience in building and managing events, financial reporting, and digital marketing in a primary event ticketing software β€’ Familiarity with external tools used by professional sports teams (e.g., Fevo, KORE) β€’ Proficiency in Hubspot, Notion, Slack, & Google Apps β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills β€’ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills β€’ High ethical standards, ensuring transparent and fair interactions with customers β€’ Open to feedback, adaptable, and possesses a commitment to learning β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Strong organizational skills and ability to provide a high level of customer service β€’ A bachelor's degree in business or a related field; postgraduate degree or additional certifications preferred
