• Do you enjoy turning mounds of data into data stories, reports, and dashboards that business and technical professionals can understand and use to address critical issues? • As a member of our team, you will help revolutionize how we leverage our data to make informed decisions on critical issues and strategic initiatives by ensuring maximum utilization of our On-Prem Deltek Vantagepoint enterprise software. • You will collaborate and interact with a variety of team members, including senior management, finance, IT, and project managers, to assess today’s business needs and tomorrow’s business objectives to develop relevant and insightful data management solutions. • You will also evaluate existing business and data management processes, re-establish compliance across divisions as appropriate, bring existing system functionality and reporting up to date, and prepare our team and the contents of our database for upcoming system upgrades. • You will also be seen as the gatekeeper of our On-Prem Deltek system and be responsible for managing user and security roles, creating system workflows, creating ad-hoc and customized reports, and making application configuration changes as needed. • You will be responsible for soliciting feedback from users on system functionality and expectations as well as preparing training materials and conducting training sessions for users in group, one-on-one, and remote environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, management information systems, business administration, accounting, or computer science. • Three or more years of advanced experience using an ERP system in an accounting or project management role within a professional services environment; Experience creating custom fields, workflows, and reports; previous experience utilizing and customizing Deltek Vantagepoint solutions. • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through experience assisting users with troubleshooting issues and conducting training on system functionality and upgrades. • Ability to work independently; Inquisitive, driven, and self-starter personality. • Technical aptitude and interest in acquiring competence within the SQL language. • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Ability to travel to visit TKDA offices and attend industry-specific conferences.
