Description

• Work with product and customer team to understand the business requirement and convert to technical implementable requirements. • Create the solution architecture, call flows and explain the details to technology architecture and engineering team. • Interact with technology architecture team to explain the customer/product requirements. • Create RFP responses, BoQ, Statement of compliance, project plan for customer proposals. • Do the feature gap analysis for customer requirement/solution. • Requirement clarifications/ Q&A with the customer for RFP, RFI. • Product demos and presentations to the customers. • Coordinate with engineering teams for effort estimation for the features gaps. • Participate in product planning sessions and provide the feedback from RFP/RFI.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in telecom domain • Functional expertise as solution architect • Telecom network design and deep signaling knowledge • Core network applications experience • 4G/5G network knowledge, IMS core, Fix, mobile and NGN network working knowledge • Deep understanding of signaling protocols such as SIP, SS7, REST APIs, and SOAP API • Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, NFV, OpenStack, and VMware technologies • Knowledgeable about industry standards including IETF, 3GPP, and TM Forum • Desirable experience in AI/ML technology
