🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree required and CRCM preferred. •Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations including CFPB regulations. •Direct experience leading compliance programs for financial products and services. •Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with Bachelor's or 12 years with a Master's. •10+ years of experience in compliance, risk, or audit role at a financial institution. •Experience maintaining fintech-oriented frameworks and vendor programs. •Familiarity with operational processes related to banking products. •Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
