• Develop global payroll strategy and roadmap • Directly manage Americas and EMEA Payroll teams • Manage all aspects of payroll service provider delivery • Ensure all payroll operations are reliable and accurate • Lead planning for payroll services in new countries • Collaborate with technology, finance, and tax teams
Requirements
• 10+ years of global payroll management experience • Experience managing US Workday payroll delivery is a plus • Outstanding people management skills • Ability to establish and maintain efficient payroll processes • Strong planning and project-management skills • Ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams
