• We are a rapidly growing company that’s revolutionizing the way the restaurant industry does business by pairing technology with an extraordinary commitment to customer success. • The Marketing Operations team plays a key role in Toast’s Go-to-Market Strategy. • The Manager, Marketing Operations will partner with the Customer Marketing team to deliver programs that enhance the customer experience after a customer purchases Toast. • This position will report to the Manager, Marketing Operations and work internally with the MOPs team pillars (Platform Operations, Planning, Optimization) to align, plan, optimize and scale campaign operations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations or demand generation. • 4+ years of experience using Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms. Marketo & Braze certification preferred. • Experience using other marketing and sales technologies (ex. Salesforce, Pendo, Chili Piper) project management tools (ex. Asana, JIRA, Workfront). • Experience developing marketing campaigns leveraging real time behavioral product data. • Experience with communications consent operations and preference management. • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with strong communication skills, priority-setting capability. • Proficiency with system integration principles, experience troubleshooting points of system and process failure. • Curious and detail oriented; enjoys working with data and new technology. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment; works well under deadlines. • Approaches work as an accountable stakeholder with empathy and understanding for colleagues and target audiences.
