• Responsible for assisting customers with tax profiles and payroll tax inquiries • Provide solutions for payroll tax issues raised by customers • Work with internal teams and tax agencies for accurate payroll filings • Collaborate with customers to complete Third-Party Agent setup
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in customer satisfaction roles • 1+ year of prior payroll service bureau experience • Knowledge of payroll taxes including federal, state, local • Success operating independently in changing environments • Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills • Experience with sensitive/confidential information • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
