Description

• Oversee consolidated financial planning processes, including monthly close and forecasting. • Drive monthly and quarterly financial processes. • Develop key performance indicators and highlight changes within financial results. • Own company-wide headcount tracking and reporting activities. • Be a thought leader across Finance and Accounting teams. • Develop analytical tools to track financial results and metrics. • Mentor FP&A team and provide financial leadership. • Implement improvements to streamline current processes. • Build out FP&A Center of Excellence function in India.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in FP&A, Investor Relations, investment banking, consulting, or private equity. • Excellent communication skills to summarize analyses. • Effective project management skills and self-motivated. • Strong analytical skills including financial modeling and data analysis. • Highly proficient in advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides. • Experience working with financial systems like WorkDay or Salesforce. • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn quickly. • Strong ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment. • Experience building strong teams and positive relationships.
