• Play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and scaling the Sous Chef AI Assistant • Work with product and design to translate business goals and user feedback into actionable technical tasks • Provide technical design feedback and participate in code reviews to ensure releases exceed expectations • Champion quality automation and unit testing • Ensure that the team consistently delivers to an exceptionally high-quality level • Mentor and guide other team members

Requirements

• Proficient in Java, Kotlin or other object oriented languages • Proficient with traditional databases and alternative data stores • Proficient in Software Development best practices (Code Quality, UnitTest, BDD) • Knowledge of natural language processing(NLP) and user experience(UX) design principles • Experience with AI/ML technologies and mobile app development a plus • Experience consistently delivering high quality, reliable services to production • Excellent cross-team communication skills on complex technical topics • Enjoy collaborating with and mentoring colleagues • Passionate about technology and learning new things • Willingness to make continuous improvements to teams and technology
