Description

• We make touch and eye tracking based assistive technology for people with communication and mobility challenges. • The success of our products has life-changing impact on our customers. • Our Production and Supply Chain Team helps to further the mission by ensuring our products come to life. • Category management, including IT, Office supplies & services, HR & consultants, indirect purchase requests, etc. • Drive Supplier Qualification & Supplier Selection balancing cost, performance, and risk. • Drive RFx process towards suppliers. • Negotiate Sourcing/Supplier Agreement. • Be involved in Supplier Risk Management. • Report Spend for direct and indirect cost. • Identify and implement cost saving opportunities. • Supplier Management Governance Agreement management, and make sure to administrate necessary tasks. • Responsible to administrate Indirect purchase request in the US. • Local sourcing representative for Supplier Relationship within US supplier base including hosting meetings in Dynavox office and supplier on-site visits. • Approve Supplier Selection Escalation points supplier performance. • Administrate the supplier contracts in the contracts system with Legal team. • Supplier set up administrator for US suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration and supply chain management is a plus • 3 years sourcing experience within strategic sourcing within direct or indirect material and services • Agreement management • Negotiation skills • Commercial understanding • Networking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication in English • Risk management • Basic financial knowledge • Basic technical knowledge • Good overall technical knowledge • Microsoft Windows • Microsoft Office • Interpersonal skills • Analytical • Influential • Independent • Improvement driven • Detailed oriented • Strong oral and written communication skills • Collaboration and teaming skills • Able to work alone or as a member of team • Proven track record of work experience within sourcing • Ability to work from office, host meetings in office and visit suppliers • Ability to work without interruptions • Able to endure an extended work day to meet deadlines • Ability to work at a desk for prolonged periods of time
