Description

• At Tobii Dynavox, we empower people with disabilities. • Assistive communication technology helps our customers express themselves. • Payroll administration: Process U.S. semi-monthly payroll, validate data, reconcile reports, audit records, and maintain compliance with tax filings. • Benefits management: Oversee benefit onboarding/offboarding, process elections (HSA/FSA), manage COBRA, and vendor coordination. • Provide support in the analysis of benefits contract negotiations. • Act as the main contact for payroll/benefits inquiries, lead onboarding/offboarding, and communicate plan updates effectively. • Participate in Compensation and Benefits projects and adapt to additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5+ years in U.S. payroll and benefits administration. • Payroll certifications such as CPP are a plus but not required. • Experience with US-based pension and benefits programs strongly preferred. • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits preferred. • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends. • Hands on experience processing payroll or benefits with Workday or ADP Workforce Now and other related HR information systems. • Efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet time sensitive deadlines. • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills. • Ability to work independently and part of a team. • Organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects. • Adherence to data privacy policies and keen attention to detail.
