Description

• Responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business sales goals • Develop and implement sales processes using Salesforce • Support the sales team in scheduling and conducting online product demonstrations • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams • Represent the company at industry tradeshows

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of sales management experience, maintaining and growing a sales team • Leverages KPIs, coaching and a collaborative environment to nurture and develop their team • A player/coach who can manage their own prospect funnel while supporting and guiding team members • Strong ability to learn new software solutions • Working knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management Systems) • Knowledge and passion for helping small business owners solve problems and grow their businesses • Ability to explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills • Proven history of surpassing performance targets and achieving outstanding results • Success-driven and easily adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic environments • B2B SaaS is highly preferred
