Requirements
• Minimum 5 years in strategic leadership, preferably as a Chief of Staff. • Direct experience collaborating with Founders or CEOs. • Previous venture fund involvement is essential. • Proficiency in crypto concepts like blockchain and Web3. • Background in FinTech or Web3 industry. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills required. • Proven track record of execution and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments. • Strong process and project management abilities with keen attention to detail. • Self-motivated, critical thinker adept at working independently and in teams. • Highly ethical and comfortable challenging norms. • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.
