🎯 Requirements
• Strong India/APAC payroll experience with a minimum of three years • Solid functional knowledge of payroll processing and best practices • Excellent attention to detail and highly numerate • Capable of working independently whilst using own initiative, as well as a member of the team and in partnership with external vendors. • Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to work in an agile environment whilst remaining flexible and adaptable to change • Strong verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English and additional language • Uses initiative to solve problems • Critical thinking: questions the why and the how, thinks about impact for the future • Strong knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
