Description

• Align and optimize sales and marketing processes to drive revenue growth. • Manage revenue automation platforms and ensure data integrity across systems. • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Ops or a similar role. • Proficiency in Revenue automation platforms (Hubspot, Apollo, SalesNav) and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot). • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Looker). • Experience working within a high growth - early stage environment. • Have built out automation flows within a revenue software stack
