📋 Description

• Remote position with Central European Time working hours (+/- 2h) • Seeking a full-time professor with expertise in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning • Added experience in sustainability or entrepreneurship is a plus • Responsibilities include program director duties for BSc in AI & Sustainable Technologies • Course development, program management, and student supervision

🎯 Requirements

• A learner-centric attitude, first and foremost. • Proven experience in creating and conducting courses in English in the relevant fields, with experience in both asynchronous content creation and strength in live delivery facilitation. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders but especially learners and alumni. • Creative and entrepreneurial problem-solver interested to join a startup and have their own impact. • Experience in a start-up environment and in multi-project management is desirable. • Demonstrated ability to take radical responsibility and thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with a proactive curious mindset, resilience in the face of ambiguity, and courage to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and innovation. • Completed relevant university studies (in the fields of Computer Science, Data, Physics, Engineering etc) • Fulfilment of the minimum requirements for the employment of professors according to §68 HHG (Hessian Higher Education Act) • Successfully completed doctorate (Ph.D.) in the field of Data, Machine Learning or AI or a relevant field • Qualified professional experience of at least five years (after completion of the master’s degree, ideally after completion of the Ph.D.), three of which must have been gained outside of academic institutions
