Description

• Lead cross functional teams to deliver projects for our client - a multinational e-commerce platform - eBay, from proof of concept to feature releases in mature products • Coordinate new opportunities within the client portfolio • Develop trustful relationships with clients and facilitate smooth communication among stakeholders, teams and both organizations • Clarify and maintain project goals, scope and business value • Trigger inspection and adaptation of the best development practices • Proactively search for business opportunities and turn them into action in cooperation with our sales team

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Product Owner in Agile software development organizations • Fluency and confidence in written and verbal English and Polish • Capability to work proactively in a complex corporate environment • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders from all management levels • Ability to gather requirements, manage project and business risks, establish the scope of the project, its budget, timeline • Excellent understanding of software development practices • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Zenhub etc.) • Experience with e-commerce • Experience with AI/ML projects or relevant domain knowledge, especially Generative AI • Experience in conducting product or project scoping activities (ex. user story mapping, event storming, interviews with clients, gathering requirements)
