• The Sales Manager for the South Belgium region is responsible for maintaining relationships with our potential distribution partners. • Development and implementation of sales strategies. • Increase of sales and the efficient distribution of our products on the market. • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase sales through distributors in assigned territory. • Maintain relationships with distributors, including regular communication and training support to ensure their success in promoting and selling our products. • Identifying and seeking new distributors and partnerships to increase sales. • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and develop solutions to drive sales growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance. • Track market trends and customer feedback to develop strategies to stay ahead of competition. • Report regularly to senior management on sales performance and market trends. • Build and maintain close relationships with key customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Bachelor's degree in retail or similar field • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in retail product sales • A solid experience in sales of distribution products • Knowledge and/or experience in the world of surveying and machine control would be an advantage • Proven management skills • The ability to build and maintain close relationships with partners • Sound experience in achieving sales targets through distribution networks • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt own rhetoric to suit the audience • A good handle on interpersonal relationships • A strong ability to build and maintain relationships with channel partners and end customers • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and build relationships with sales partners • Good ability to analyze sales data, market trends and customer responses to develop sales strategies and plans • Excellent ability to work independently in an ever-changing environment, manage time effectively and prioritize • Ability to work in a remote team to foster collaboration and support each other and share experiences • Knowledge of topography and machine control is an advantage • Fluent French language is required for the job • English good level for working inside TOPCON • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software • Willingness to travel to the assigned region as required, possibly with decoupling
