• Remote within the US (outside of California) • Has highspeed internet • Can type a minimum of 30 WPM • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Great customer interaction is your top priority • You have a reasonable understanding of white-glove customer care • You have at least 1 year of experience in a customer contact position • You are familiar with CRM tools • You are comfortable working remotely and using asynchronous tools to communicate • You can communicate proactively with your colleagues • You have strong organizational skills • You are goal and results-oriented • You are able to handle ambiguity with confidence and ease • Actively seeks feedback for continuous improvement
