Requirements

•10 + years of progressive professional experience in developing and production release of safety critical complex systems and components. •6+ years software development experience; track record in managing all phases of software development. •6+ years leading high performance engineering teams and steering via metrics. •Experience with Functional Safety, Safety of Intended Function and Product Security •Experience with metric design and data driven development •Experience with safety case construction and management •Experience with software centric systems/IDEs and software development lifecycles. •Strong leadership skills to manage and grow a diverse dynamic engineering team through both formal processes and hands-on management. •Experienced communicator with the ability to influence and motivate others to implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement while working with people at all levels •Entrepreneurial drive with a demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced innovative environment and to deliver products through excellent team management and project management abilities.
